Cancellation of Reservation
Cancellation is free of charge and the amount will be fully refunded if the reservation is canceled or modified up to 15 days before the arrival date, without charging penalties.
For cancellations made in less than 15 days or on the same day as the reservation date, 100% of the amount paid will be charged.
In case of no-show, the hotel reserves the right to release the room/rooms for the rest of the stay.
